Registration Guideline

  • Click the "Register Now" to start.
    Fill out the required fields in accordance with the Standard registration instructions.

Confirmation of Registration

  • Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the appropriate payment.

  • Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.

General information

  • The Confirmation email will be sent to you once the online registration is completed.

  • Verify your personal information before registration and make any changes if necessary.

  • Once the secretariat confirms the remittance of your registration fee, the second confirmation email will be sent to you.

  • Please fill the registration form in English.

Points to Consider

  • Please submit your application and remit registration fees on the same day. 

  • Please Pre-register before the due date as the Standard registration page will be closed after the deadline.

  • If you missed the dates for Standard registration, register on-site at the venue.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The secretariat will refund the registration fee according to the following rules.

  • Notification of cancellation must be received in writing the Secretariat by e-mail.

  • The only cancellation in writing is acceptable.

  • Cancellation of Registration can be processed by e-mail before Aug 31 (Sat), 2019.

  • Please indicate your bank account for the refund of canceled registration fees.

  • No refunds past the cancellation deadline or for non-attendance.

  • Refunds will be made after Congress.
